Inn on the Twenty offers a superior level of luxury, comfort and restfulness, in both our inn accommodations and our full service spa in the heart of the Niagara region, close to Niagara Falls and Western New York.

Our common areas, meeting rooms and suites are individually decorated with a sophisticated blend of original art, antiques and contemporary furnishings. The décor is accented with unique items—marble hearths and carved mahogany headboards, for example—rescued from heritage buildings throughout Niagara, Ontario and western New York. Furnishings, including lofty comforters and pillows, are chosen for maximum comfort and repose. All suites have a fireplace, television, modem access, telephone and Jacuzzi tub, perfect for weekend or romantic getaways. Rooms all have unique and comfortable sitting areas. A choice of king or two double beds is available.

We are a small inn and do not overbook. Your room is guaranteed; as a consequence we must pursue a strict policy in respect to cancellations.

Suite One    
A unique one-level suite with an original fir-beamed ceiling making it a little more rustic though no less luxurious. Soft peach colours predominate with wonderful chintz on the king-sized bed and sofa.

Suites Ten to Fourteen   
Look out over our gardens. They all have king-sized beds except Suite Ten which has two queen-sized beds. Large eight-foot windows and twelve-foot ceilings create a wonderful feeling of space and luxury.

One level suites with wonderful columned sleeping alcoves. These suites have king-sized beds and bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and separate shower. Farrell and Honsberger are immediately adjacent to our garden; Suites 15 through 18 have beamed ceilings.

Suites 4 - 6
These suites have the same description as the Loft Suites, with the exception being in the full bathrooms upstairs: Suite Four a single person whirlpool/shower; Suites Five and Six a single person Jacuzzi with separate showers. Rittenhouse, Merritt, Moyer
A private garden, accessed by French doors, offers a charming outdoor space in which to relax.  These single level suites have king-sized beds and bathrooms with Jacuzzi and separate shower.

Suite Seven
A corner loft suite with three large windows. It has a king-sized bed, a huge bathroom and all the amenities related to the lofts. An antique down cushioned settee graces the seating area. One of our most popular suites.

Suite Nine
A single level corner suite with three great windows, furnished in vibrant reds and yellows. The seating area was featured in Country Inns Magazine, including the great old camel back settee. This suite also has an extravagantly dressed half canopy bed.

Our premium loft suite has a small bar fridge and service area making it ideal for guests who expect to have others gather in their room. This spacious skylit suite is furnished in soft pastels and has one of our down seated settees as well as a romantically dressed half canopy king bed.

Located beside Inn on the Twenty, this historic home provides a romantic, century home setting for two lovely modest rooms. The gardens surrounding the Vintage House have a gazebo and a huge old plane tree: during common hours, the gardens are open to all guests for relaxation and conversation.
