Hours and Policies
 
Hours: Spa on the Twenty appointments are available at the following times.
Tuesday and Wednesday  10:00AM to 5:00PM
Thursday  11:00PM to 6:00PM
Friday  10:00AM to 7:00PM
Saturday    9:00AM to 5:00PM
Sunday  10:00AM to 5:00PM
We ask spa patrons to arrive at the spa 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time. This allows sufficient time to change into our comfy robes, and to let the spa's peace and quiet begin to work its wonders.
 
Prices: Applicable taxes will be added to all spa charges. Gratuities are not included in our prices, though we welcome your gratuities as a reflection of the quality of service provided.
 
Guests: Spa on the Twenty serves guests of Inn on the Twenty as well as day spa guests. In our effort to maintain a peaceful ambiance, we prefer to serve adults only, and prohibit the use of cell phones and pagers in the spa.
Booking an Appointment: Day spa guests supply a credit card number when booking an appointment. Guests of Inn on the Twenty may book an appointment and have the charges applied to their room.
 
Cancellations: Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will result in a full charge for all booked appointments. If a guest books three or more treatments for a visit, we apply a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Hints for a great Spa Day:
bullet Some treatments are not suitable for clients with certain medical conditions.  Please consult with your physician prior to your appointment.
bullet Schedule appointments to allow for a relaxed day. Do not plan other activities after a spa visit-this extends the relaxation benefit of our treatments.
bullet If you are planning several treatments in a day, please consider our spa day packages that include a lovely spa lunch served in our "quiet zone." This way guests do not have to leave the spa atmosphere to enjoy the regional cuisine of On the Twenty Restaurant.
bullet Please leave valuables in your guest room or at home.
bullet We provide beautiful robes. You may wish to bring a pair of sandals in order to enjoy our outdoor patio.
bullet Several of our spa treatments, particularly facials, require that we use products near your hairline. We suggest that elaborate hair-dos be considered after a spa day, not immediately before.
